I’ve been a loyal user of your skincare products since November 2021, and I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation—especially for the Winter Edition Body Lotion for Dry Skin. I have extremely dry, sensitive skin with occasional episodes of atopic dermatitis, and this lotion has been a true lifesaver. The formulation works wonderfully for me, and I can’t thank you enough for creating something so effective and gentle. Please, I kindly request that you never change the formulation! I've had to stop using other products in the past because of formula changes that triggered reactions. Yours is the one that continues to support my skin without fail. I also love both the old and new packaging—stylish, sturdy, and reusable. I used to go through two to three 300ml bottles a month and often worried about the plastic waste I was creating. To my absolute delight, your latest release of the 700ml bottle addressed this concern so perfectly! That thoughtful upgrade actually inspired me to write this email. One small request—I’ll be moving to the United States soon, and I’d love to continue using your products there. Could you let me know if you ship internationally or have any plans to expand availability outside India? I’ve tried well-known brands like Cetaphil, Aveeno, CeraVe, and Aquaphor, but none matched your product’s combination of quality, composition, affordability, and skin-friendliness.
