Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns
Due to the intimate and consumable nature of our formulations, we do not accept returns. However, should you receive a product that does not meet our exacting standards, we will be delighted to assist you with a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, please write to us at hello@stdvence.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include clear images of the product from all angles, ensuring the batch number is visible.
✨ Our Promise: If verified, we will arrange a 100% complimentary replacement, at no additional cost.
💡 Note: If your order contains multiple products and only one is affected, only the defective item will be replaced.
Damages During Transit
We take every measure to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, yet transit can sometimes be unpredictable. Depending on the level of damage, we offer the following resolutions:
Minor Cosmetic Imperfections (No Replacement Available)
- Slight dents or scuffs on the outer carton or bottle that do not affect product quality.
- Broken shrink wrap or minimal damage to the cap, pump, or dropper.
Moderate Damage (Partial Replacement Available)
- If the cap, pump, or dropper is damaged, we will send a replacement part.
- If leakage has occurred and has affected the usability of the product, we will offer a 100% free replacement.
Significant Damage (Full Replacement or Refund Available)
If the shipping box and product arrive in a compromised condition, with leakage affecting multiple items, we will provide a full replacement or, in rare cases, issue a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are offered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Severe damage in transit, rendering the product unusable.
- Unavailability of a suitable replacement.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within 2 days of product inspection. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- UPI /Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5–7 business days (subject to bank processing times).
- Nationalized Banks: May take slightly longer.

Orders Placed Outside stdvence.com
If your St. D’Vencé purchase was made through a third-party retailer (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Purplle, or
offline stores), returns and refunds will be subject to their respective policies. For a faster resolution, we encourage you to contact their customer service teams directly.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes, plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our Customer Care Team at hello@stdvence.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
✨ If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
🚚 If your order has already been shipped, we request you to refuse delivery and notify us.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
